The application process

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Here's how to go from interested to enrolled.

    Browse our diplomas and short courses and pick the one that fits your career goals.

    Complete the application form

    Apply online — applications are accepted throughout the year, online only.

  3. 3

    Submit your documents

    Upload your certified ID copy, Grade 12 certificate and supporting documents.

  4. 4

    Get your admission confirmation

    Once reviewed, you receive confirmation of admission, which you can print yourself.

  5. 5

    Access the Student Portal

    Receive your PIN and log in to the student portal to begin your studies.

After you're accepted

  • Pay your once-off registration fee of N$1,200.
  • Your Moodle student account is created automatically.
  • Log in, see your courses, and start learning right away.

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply for a diploma?
Applicants need a minimum of 18 points in Grade 12 with at least an E in English. Short courses are open to anyone with a Grade 10 or 12 background.
When can I apply?
Applications are open throughout the year — there is no single closing date. You can apply online whenever you are ready.
Is study fully online?
Yes. All programmes are delivered by distance learning through our Moodle online campus, so you can study from anywhere in Namibia.
What documents do I need?
A certified copy of your ID, your Grade 12 certificate, and a completed application form. Documents are uploaded online during your application.
How does payment work?
You pay a once-off application fee of N$120 and a once-off registration fee of N$1,200. Diploma tuition is N$1,000 per module; short courses are a single once-off payment.
Are fees refundable?
Application and registration fees are non-refundable.
